We have received your feedback that especially for partners an overview with all To Dos like tasks and appointments is important. We will meet this request with our revised journal.

What's new?
- You are now able to add not only notes to a lead, but also tasks and appointments.
- These two new features then also affect the follow-up emails. As soon as an appointment or task is added to a phase, the follow-up emails are suspended. In this way, we want to ensure that partners only receive reminders if they were not active on the corresponding lead.
- Furthermore, an additional category have been added to the sidebar, a kind of workspace called Activities, in which you will have an overview of all pending appointments and tasks across leads. With this, we would like to facilitate the work of partners in particular, who can see all tasks and appointments at a glance within this category after logging in.
