We have expanded our distribution strategies for you. Soon they will not only consist of the criteria sales area, perimeter and all partners, but also of partner attributes and combination. Here is a preview of the new editor:

What is changing?
- The distribution editor has been completely redesigned to present the new options in a clear and user-friendly way.
- The previous distribution strategies (perimeter, sales area and all) have been supplemented by the categories attributes and combination:

- With partner attributes you can classify your partners, for example into gold, silver and bronze partners. You can add partner attributes to a sales partner within the sales partners section:

- These attributes can then be used to distribute leads. For example, you can define that a lead is first offered to gold partners, then escalated to silver partners in the second escalation step. By the way: There is a slider integrated which you can use to define whether all attributes should be taken into account or only one:

- In addition, you can combine distribution strategies by using combination. For example, you can specify that your leads in the first step are offered to gold partners within a perimeter of 50 km and/or silver partners within a perimeter of 10 km.
- The escalation steps can be combined arbitrarily, the complexity is practically unlimited by operands like and, or and not.
When does it change?
The release took place on August 22, 2022.
Outlook
This is the first step towards a lead partner matching, which ich planned for 2023. Then it will be possible to match information from a lead with partner attributes. This would make the following scenario conceivable: A marketplace to include product A and product B. The marketplace will include sales partners for product A and product B and sales partner who are responsible for both products. The system will then recognize from the lead to whom the lead should be offered in the joint marketplace. So it remains exciting!
