We have expanded our distribution strategies for you and included Closest Partners. This allows you to use a geographic distribution strategie without having to define sales territories or perimeters in advance. By using this strategy you can determine how many partners are offered a lead. The new distribution strategy can also be combined with other distribution mechanisms, such as partner attributes.
What is changing?
- We have added a new distribution strategy on marketplace level, the Partner filter:
- By clicking on the Partner filter, you have the option of selecting the distribution strategy Closest partners and defining how many closest partners should receive your lead offers. In the example chosen here, the leads would go to the three closest partners:
- However, you can set the distribution strategy even smaller by combining it with another distribution strategy, for example with one or more partner attributes. In this case, the leads are offered to the three closest gold partners:
- Even a more complex scenario would also be conceivable, in which a lead is offered in a first step to the three closest gold partners, then in a second step to the 5 closest gold partners and additionally to the 2 closest silver partners, until they are then offered in a third step to all partners within a perimeter of 50 km. This would then look like this:
