✨ We're excited to announce a new feature that lets you evaluate each sales partner's performance at a glance: the partner dashboard.
The dashboard sums up how a sales partner actually works – from accepting offers and processing speed through to conversion. Instead of piecing together metrics from different views and reports, you see everything bundled in one place.
What's new?
Every sales partner's detail page now has a new Dashboard tab in first position. Open it from the sales partner overview, select the partner you want, and you land directly on the dashboard. All metrics relate exclusively to that one partner.

Current pipeline status at a glance
At the very top, the dashboard shows the current state – independent of the selected period: leads currently with the partner, of which overdue, the total number of leads ever passed on, and the date since which the partnership has existed.
The key metrics
Below that, clear cards evaluate the partner's behavior over the selected period:
- Lead pick behavior – pick rate plus the breakdown into accepted, declined and missed or expired offers, including the average time to accept or decline.
- Feedback behavior – feedback rate, average time to first feedback, and the number of "silent" leads (no feedback for more than 14 days).
- Lead conversion – conversion rate with the split into won and lost leads.
- Processing speed – time to first contact and average sales cycle length.
- Lead outflow to competing partners – which leads this partner did not accept and which other sales partners they went to (based on marketplace leads).
- Partner and customer satisfaction – the average ratings from lead rating and end customer rating, where these are enabled.
Filter flexibly and compare periods
Tailor the analysis precisely to your question: by period (current month, current quarter or current year – each with an automatic comparison to the previous period), by source (marketplace leads, directly assigned leads or both), by exclusivity, and by an individual marketplace. You spot trends immediately from the up and down arrows next to the metrics. Your filter settings are kept for the next time you open the dashboard.
Save as PDF or print
Using the "Print / save as PDF" button you generate a clean, print-optimized view of the dashboard – ideal for partner conversations, reporting or internal records.
What do you need to do?
The partner dashboard is being rolled out gradually and is available to users with access to sales partner management.
