✨ We're excited to announce a new feature that lets you make the service quality of your sales partners visible from your end customers' perspective: end customer rating.
This closes the feedback loop around your leads. While lead rating shows how your partners assess the quality of the leads they receive, end customer rating shows the opposite direction: how satisfied were your end customers with the partner's service?
What's new?
Your end customers can rate the sales partner who handled their lead with 1–5 stars and an optional comment. The ratings appear directly on the lead and flow into the respective partner's dashboard as customer satisfaction.
How to enable it
End customer rating is disabled by default. Open the sales partner overview and switch to the Settings tab. In the Ratings section, turn on the End customer rating toggle. With the additional Visible to sales partners toggle, you decide whether your partners may see their own ratings.
How do the ratings get into the system?
Unlike lead rating, end customer rating is not entered in the web app but fed in via the leadtributor API. This lets you connect your existing satisfaction or survey process directly to leadtributor – without your end customers needing a leadtributor account. You can also do this without any programming, through our integrations for Zapier and n8n.
How you see the ratings
- On the Lead page in the End customer rating card – including an indication of whether the rating is also visible to the partner.
- In the partner dashboard in the Customer satisfaction section – with the average rating per partner over the selected period.
Detailed guide with a usage example
Our detailed guide shows you, using a concrete example, how to set up end customer rating step by step, feed in the ratings and evaluate them effectively:
What do you need to do?
The feature is available immediately but disabled by default. Enable it in the sales partner overview under Settings → Ratings if you'd like to use your end customers' feedback. If you disable it again later, ratings already fed in are retained but hidden – no data is lost.
