✨ We're excited to announce a new feature that lets your sales partners give you direct feedback on the quality of your leads: Lead rating.
This gives you a new form of qualitative feedback from your sales partners — and very early in the process: right after a lead has been accepted or assigned. You can see how your partners assess lead quality shortly after distribution and, for example, fine-tune ongoing marketing campaigns early on.
What's new?
Sales partners can rate individual leads with 1 to 5 stars and an optional comment. Rating is voluntary for your partners and doesn't interrupt their workflow.
How to enable it
Lead rating is disabled by default. Open the sales partner overview and switch to the Settings tab. In the Ratings section, turn on the Lead rating toggle. Only then does the rating feature appear for your partners.
How your partners rate a lead
When the feature is active, your partners find the Lead rating card with the note Your opinion is needed on the Lead page of a lead assigned to them. There they award their stars and can optionally add a short comment. An existing rating can be changed at any time by clicking a different number of stars. Clicking the same star again removes the rating.
How you see the ratings
You can see your partners' feedback in the following places:
- On the Lead page — the rating of the respective lead is shown to you directly.
- In your lead lists — use the column configuration to show the Lead rating column and see all ratings at a glance. (This column is also available to your sales partners for their own lead lists.)
- In the Commissioned leads report — there the Lead rating column additionally shows the average rating per sales partner.
What do you need to do?
The feature is available immediately but disabled by default. Enable it in the sales partner overview under Settings → Ratings if you'd like to use your partners' feedback. If you disable it again later, ratings already submitted are retained but hidden — no data is lost.
