New offer-specific filter criteria for distribution strategy Partner filter available

As of now, two additional partner filters are available to you for lead distribution that allow you to use offer-specific criteria for the dstribution of your leads. These are:

1. Longest since lead offer

2. Longest since lead accepted

What is changing?

• For the distribution strategy partner filter, in addition to the distribution to nearest partners, the two filter options Longest since lead offer and Longest since lead accepted are now also available. Both filters refer to the history of offered and accepted leads of a marketplace and distribute to the partners whose last lead offer or last lead acceptance was the furthest in the past.
• As with all partner filter criteria, the field Number of partners determines to how many partners a lead offer is sent. If 1 is entered, a lead offer will only be made to the partner for whom the most time has passed with regard to the respective filter criteria; if you enter 2 or more partners, offers will be made according to the chronological order.
• The two new filters refer only to the marketplace the specific marketplace meaning that lead offers or lead offer acceptances on other marketplaces are not taken into account for the distribution.
• If a partner has not yet been offered a lead on a particular marketplace or has not yet accepted a lead within the scope of his marketplace participation, this partner will be given preference over other marketplace participants, i.e. treated as if the respective point in time for this partner was further back than for partners who have already received a lead offer or accepted a lead within the scope of their participation on the marketplace.
• Note: If a partner's participation as a lead acceptor in a marketplace is deactivated and then reactivated, this resets the history of lead offers and lead acceptances for the corresponding partner and the situation described above occurs. The partner is thus evaluated as if he had not received any lead offer and had not accepted any lead, regardless of whether any of these occurred during the previously terminated participation.
