Mass action to offer, assign or delete multiple leads at once

The mass action is primarily intended to help marketplace operators or lead providers to quickly and easily carry out actions on several leads without having to open each lead individually. In principle, mass actions can be used in all lead lists, but the actions that are available can vary. For example, both in the Lead inbox and in the lead list Transferred leads, several leads can be assigned, offered or deleted at once, as they are your own leads. Leads that you have accepted from someone else, on the other hand, can of course not be deleted, which is why this action in the Leads in progress area is only available for your own leads. 

To be able to use the Mass Action feature, proceed as follows:

1. Go to the lead list where you want to perform a mass action.

2. Activate the mass action feature by clicking on the mass action icon:

3. A checkbox now appears both in the header of the respective lead list and at the beginning of each entry, with which individual or several list entries can be selected for a mass action:

4. Select at least one list entry. In the line above the table, the actions possible on the selected leads are now displayed:

5. Select the action you want to perform, in this example Offer. A dialogue box opens in which you can select the desired marketplace where you would like to offer the lead(s):

6. Confirm the entry by clicking on Offer. The selected leads are now offered all at once on the corresponding marketplace.
