You have the possibility to access the KPIs of your marketplaces to get an overview of your leads in general as well as the performance of your partners (lead acceptors).
You can reach the dashboard via the small marketplace icon in the left sidebar:
Each marketplace listed here contains a dashboard that you can click on to view the reportings for that marketplace. Each dashboard consists of 2 subcategories:
- Leads dashboard: Reportings on all leads
- Partners dashboard: Reportings on the performance of individual partners
To allow you to easily switch between the leads and partners dashboards, we've added the Dashboard field to the top right of the screen:
Here you can now choose whether you want to see the reportings on leads or on partners.
For both dashboards, you also have the option to select the reporting period. To do this, go to the Period field (right next to Dashboard) and select the desired period you want to be displayed. You can choose from various predefined reporting periods, such as current month/year or current/last quarter, as well as a freely definable period that you can specify yourself using the custom option. This gives you the ability to compare time periods, for example January-February 2021 with January-February 2022.
In the following, we will show you which KPIs you will see in the two dashboards:
1. Leads dashboard:
The leads dashboard shows you the KPIs related to leads. You can see the following KPIs here:
a) Offered Leads
Total of all leads offered via a marketplace in a selected reporting period
b) Accepted
Total of all leads accepted by partner in a selected reporting period
c) Won
Total of all won leads in a selected reporting period
d) Lost
Total of all lost leads in a selected reporting period
e) Conversion Rate
Percentage of leads won of all closed leads
f) Sales Funnel
Shows the number of accepted leads that are in the respective phase on the selected date. You can freely select the key date via the date field in the top right corner of the Sales Funnel. Please note: If the sales pipeline has been adjusted by the marketplace operator, the Sales Funnel will only display the evaluation of the leads that comprise this new sales pipeline. This means that the figures displayed here may differ from those displayed in the tiles above.
2. Partners dashboard
Now you will see the list with the activities of your partners. You can choose the calculation period freely here as well. In addition to general information such as the number of lead offers, the number of leads accepted, won and lost, the following KPIs are also displayed:
a) Conversion Rate
Percentage of leads won of all closed leads.
b) Time to Acceptance
Median time until an offered lead was accepted.
c) Time to Start Processing
Median time it took the partner to start working on an accepted lead.
d) Sales Cycle
Median length of a sales cycle from lead acceptance to successful completion.
